The Boffo Team’s Favourite Spring Activities

Our sales team enjoys being out and about in the sunshine, busily helping our clients present their properties for successful sales.

At Boffo Real Estate, we are big fans of spring in Adelaide. As the entrée to summer’s main course, spring is truly tantalising. Our appetite for the great outdoors is tempted by deliciously warm and sunny days and Jacaranda-lined streets cast with glorious purple blooms.

Of course spring is traditionally one of the busiest times of year in real estate, and the property market in Adelaide’s north east suburbs blossoms with as much vigour as its leafy surrounds.

Our sales team enjoys being out and about in the sunshine, busily helping our clients present their properties for successful sales in the Adelaide real estate market.

The Boffo property management team is also actively engaging with landlords to tackle those ‘spring clean’ property maintenance tasks that protect their investment properties, their tenants, and their legislative compliance.

When those sunny spring days arrive many members of the Boffo team like to soak up the sunshine around the beautiful streets of Walkerville during our lunch breaks. We are regulars at many of the local cafes where we stop for a bite to eat or a refreshing iced coffee – between selling houses and visiting clients of course!

Outside of work, our team’s favourite spring activities are similar to those of many Adelaide families:

In spring Sales Partner Robert Lonie visits the Goldenfields Reserve with his family where they enjoy a range of activities on the exciting adventure playground.

Property Manager, Training and Development Specialist, Harley Simcic would love spring even more if it didn’t get right up his nose, so he keeps up a steady supply of hayfever tablets!

Harley’s colleagues, Abbey Hutchesson and Amanda Thomas are the opposite.

Abbey’s happily picnicking in the Botanic Gardens so she can soak up the colourful blooms and the gorgeous weather.

Amanda loves nothing more than family days out at local council events that are fun and free, such as the ‘Touch A Truck Day’ and the ‘Muddy Hands Festival.’ Amanda and her family enjoy going to the beach to swim and build sandcastles, and they regularly visit the Hahndorf Farm Barn to feed the animals.

Sales Support Team Leader Rhianna Latus is one of many Adelaideans who bask in the beauty of our stunning beaches and regularly walks from Grange to Henley before stopping for the obligatory coffee and a spot of people (and dog!) watching.

Our illustrious Head of Property Management, Giulia Kareta, is a passionate fan of the 36ers. As season ticket holders, Giulia and her family are regulars at the Entertainment Centre when the NBL season kicks off in spring each year.

Like a spring garden, our team at Boffo Real Estate continues to grow and flourish during the busy season. Whether that’s selling your home, helping you to buy a new home, or managing your property investment – we’d love to help. Get in touch today!
