Giulia has led the Boffo Property Management team to become one of the largest residential rental departments in South Australia.
Supporting a professional team of property management specialists, she oversees everything under the property roof while her efficient property management team service all areas of Adelaide.
Giulia has built a diverse department of residential leasing and management from executive homes to cottages, new builds to preloved homes, apartments to unit groups and everything in between. She is one of the few agents who is fully qualified in managing homes under the banner of the National Rental Affordability Scheme.
With her growing team of property portfolio managers, Giulia always leads by example with professionalism, efficiency and attention to detail for both landlords and tenants. Her golden rule is to ensure every property is cared for like it is our own, and that each client is valued and respected.
Giulia’s favourite time of the year is in spring, when many Adelaide streets are lined with blooming purple Jacaranda trees, and her favourite place to be in winter is beside the open fire.
