- Properties with sparkling swimming pools and/or beautiful outdoor living areas look especially appealing on a hot and sunny summer’s day.

CONS

- Very hot weather can take its toll on your garden, leaving your lawns and garden beds looking less than lush and leafy green.
- Your air conditioning will be under intense buyer scrutiny during the middle of summer, so if it is not fabulous you may not want to list your home for sale in summer.
