2023's Greatest Hits: The Boffo Moments Collection

And that’s a wrap! It is kind of sad to farewell 2023 because it has been a ripper of a year for Boffo Real Estate.

So while we’re chomping at the bit to dive into 2024 and kick-start more exciting projects, sell more homes and manage more properties, we’re also taking a moment to reflect and rejoice in all the wonderfully warm and fuzzy feel-good stuff that happened during 2023:

Wow, what an honour that was! Early in the year, REB (Real Estate Business) compiled their annual nationwide industry rankings and awarded Boffo Real Estate the #5 spot in Australia’s Top 50 Sales Offices 2023. They followed that up with a ranking of #1 in South Australia, and we followed that with some hearty celebrations!

2023 saw us achieve an outstanding SIX agents ranked in SA’s Top 50 Agents, also compiled by REB. Those agents were:

• Fadi Oudih
• Graeme Brown
• Robert Lonie
• Jimmy Wu
• Tom Chapman
• Paul McIntosh

As industry experts in their respective local areas, these hardworking agents were recognised for their achievements and we are super proud of their efforts.

The entire Boffo team, their partners, honoured guests and even Elvis attended the Boffo Annual Awards in August, a glittering Las Vegas-style affair hosted by Rebecca Morse and held at EOS SkyCity. Outstanding achievements were recognised and awarded in a sparkling celebration.

Recognition of individual and team achievements continued at Quarterly Awards events during the year, held at the Maylands Hotel, the Walkers Arms Hotel and within the office with catering provided by the Sooki La La food truck.

A highlight this year was backing up last year’s stellar performance at the REISA Awards For Excellence with finalists in TEN categories and a further FIVE medal winners for 2023.

Boffo’s awarded industry achievers included:

• Allison Bartlett - Gold Medal, Future Leader Sales
• Harley Simcic - Silver Medal, Top Property Manager
• Sophie Kareta - Bronze Medal, Operational Leadership

In the face of incredibly tough competition from our industry peers, we were truly honoured to come away with gold, silver and bronze medals in these competitive categories.

We do like crunching a few numbers and seeing what pops out, and these are a few of the interesting results for 2023:

• We met 13,286 new families – how lucky are we!
• We received 400 Google reviews which we are always grateful for.
• We expanded our team and employed 18 wonderful new staff.
• We sold a whopping $375,000,000 worth of property!
