Carlos is an absolute professional, he is calm, patient, understanding and has an extremely positive approach to the business at hand. His humble interactions are comforting, and on a very human level. The reviews received from Jimmy were forwarded in a timely professional manner. They were thorough and realistic. Watching Jimmy on auction day, it was obvious that he and Carlos are on the same page and they flowed off each other. Mark the auctioneer had the fun bit. However he worked extremely hard to achieve the excellent results that were gained. He has the persona of a giant, however when decisions had to be made he was humble, understanding provided excellent advice with positivity. Staff are responsive, polite, not overbearing however have a great knowledge of their business, and provide this knowledge in a very positive and reassuring manner. The whole experience with Boffo has been exceptional, it has been a service and an experience that I have never received from any other real estate company both in South Australia or interstate.
