I initially knew Rebecca Pronol from a property inspection in Oakden. It was my mistake for overlooking the lease period was only 6 months but Rebecca was kind enough to speak with me over the phone to make sure I am made aware of that. She was so patient and understanding from the get go. A few days later, the current property I am now residing came up on Real Estate. I met Rebecca at the house inspection of this other property and she was as lovely as I first met her. During inspection, I noticed that Rebecca was very patient with the questions potential tenants were asking. She did not brush off any silly questions. Rebecca updated me with the status of my application in a timely manner so I did not have to worry about the progress. When I had to start looking for a new rental property, I was getting stressed as I have spoken to a few of my friends who have encountered horrible property agents while they were looking. I was lucky enough to have met so many lovely property agents who were genuinely out here to help me find a property and Rebecca was one of them.
