What a year it’s been!
Although 2021 has had it's ups and downs, here at Boffo the glass has definitely been half full for the last 12 months! Before we say hello to 2022, we're taking a moment to look back on the year that was for Boffo, and Adelaide’s property market.
Hot properties
The property market has been strong in 2021, with an influx of people returning from interstate looking to buy and rent in Adelaide, and keen interest from investors. Of course it’s impossible to predict the future, but we’re expecting continued strength in the market at least while interest rates remain low.
Why did Boffo cross the road?
To get to the new and improved office on the other side!
In September we moved into a new office just across the road from our former location in Collinswood, and were excited to welcome the Boffo team and our clients to visit our new home. Our team now has the space and technology to do everything more comfortably, from meeting clients, to in-house training sessions and events. We're in love with our new, stylish interior, with plenty of room to grow our team and host our clients for coffee catchups.
Happy 1st Birthday to us!
In July, we celebrated 12 months since the Boffo door first opened. Although we were already so proud of our new brand, we couldn’t imagine the success and positive response we’d have in such a small space of time.
Awards night
The inaugural Boffo Real Estate Annual Awards Night was a huge success. Our first major Boffo event was a wonderful opportunity to celebrate personal and team milestones, and congratulate our team on their incredible results from the previous 12 months. Held at the stunning Eos by SkyCity ballroom, we were very excited get dressed up and celebrate with the Boffo family.

Speaking of milestones, we have plenty of reasons to celebrate this Christmas. In the last 12 months we have:
helped over 800 families sell their home (and helped the same number find a new one).
received excellent Google reviews for our service, with an overall rating of 4.9/5 stars.
brought the total number of homes under management to 1,500.
had our highest auction clearance rate ever.
What a busy year it has been! We’re looking forward to an even bigger year in 2022 as we continue to grow our team and help as many families as possible find their homes.
