In Adelaide’s leafy north east suburbs, autumn is a wonderful time of year! As the summer heat subsides and winter looms, our busy team members are truly grateful for mild sunny days and the glorious autumn trees lining our streets.
Autumn is also a fantastic time of year for selling your property in Adelaide, when the weather is neither too hot nor too wet or cold for open inspections that showcase your home in the best possible light.

For Harley, there is no place like home. Autumn time is when Harley can “shut the shades, and play videos games in the comfort of my home.”
You will also spot our team members taking time out to visit Hahndorf and embrace the colourful autumn leaves and taking drives to wineries and restaurants in Stirling, the Barossa Valley and McLaren Vale, where they enjoy good food and wine with the last of the warm sunshine.

Also on our list of popular autumn activities are leisurely walks at Hallett Cove, Mt Lofty and Morialta Falls in the perfect autumn weather, apple picking at Lenswood, and enjoying the vibe and energy of the CBD on autumn nights with lots of food, fun and people out and about.
Although the days are growing shorter and the trees are starting to drop their leaves, the team at Boffo Real Estate continues to grow and flourish.
