Yet another year of real estate done and dusted! It’s time to wrap it up and reflect on the most memorable Boffo moments of 2024.
On the 1st July 2024, Boffo Real Estate turned FOUR years old! Since our inception in 2020, we’ve grown to be a market-leading real estate agency delivering exceptional customer service while building strong relationships within the community.
It has to be said, we do love a challenge. And doing real estate not just differently but BETTER is a challenge we love to kick right out of the ballpark - not just this year but every year. We have had some noteworthy successes throughout 2024 though…
Mergers
We brought greater diversity, knowledge, skills and experience to the Boffo Real Estate team as a result of our mergers with First National Riggall and Professionals Salisbury during 2024. Our new-look Boffo family is bigger and better because of it!
Awards
With hard work and commitment comes success, and in 2024 we were the proud recipients of the following real estate awards:
REB Top Sales Office Awards 2024: Boffo Real Estate was awarded #1 in SA and #3 in Australia, an honour we were super-chuffed and over the moon to receive.
REB Awards 2025: Sales Partner and Boffo Auctioneer Mark Fricker continues his success as a finalist in the 2023 and 2024 REB Awards. Mark lines up once again as a finalist in the Auctioneer Of The Year category, to be presented in 2025.
REA Excellence Awards 2024: Our prolific award-wining Sales Partner Fadi Oudih reached place #22 of the 25 Top Residential Agents in SA (Metro) for Most Properties Sold.
The Advertiser SA’s Top 50 Real Estate Agents Under 35 (2024): Sales Partner Paul Leombruno deserved his placing at #30 in SA’s Top 50 Real Estate Agents Under 35, and Sales Partner Lidija Kies was hot on his heels in place #44.
Boffo Quarterly and Annual Awards Events Hosted
The Quarterly Boffo Awards were held during 2024 at the Queen’s Head Hotel, the Walker’s Arms and The Piccadilly, where the efforts and achievements of our hardworking teams were recognised and celebrated.
In 2024 the Boffo Annual Awards Night was held at EOS by SkyCity. The “Let’s Disco” theme brought plenty of glitter and glam, outshone only by some sleek dance-floor moves! We celebrated our teams’ individual and collective successes while raising over $7,600 for KickStart for Kids with our charity auction, hosted by our eminent auctioneer, Mark Fricker.

Number crunching is something we really like to do. It’s how we measure our success as leading real estate agents in Adelaide, and what gives us warm fuzzy feels every time the numbers stack up!
This year we:

- Set 4 Suburb Record Sales! Wow, homes we sold at 21 Huon Road Angle Vale, 8A Portland Street Windsor Gardens, 42 Jackaroo Crescent Walkley Heights and 6 Guesthouse Court Walkley Heights all went for record prices in their suburbs.
