The appointments feature four exceptional team members who have delivered remarkable results for clients and contributed to the company’s growth, reinforcing a leadership group that is invested in promoting our strategic direction. Each has been promoted to the role of Director:
Fadi Oudih
As our most decorated Sales Partner and a leading agent since joining the Boffo team in 2017, Fadi brings integrity, experience, drive and determination to the role of Director. With a business degree in property under his belt and previous experience in management roles, Fadi offers a deep wealth of business knowledge.
Jimmy Wu
As a highly respected Sales Partner, Jimmy is a true embodiment of Boffo; down-to-earth, respectful and as friendly as they come. Having been independent from an early age, Jimmy learnt to work hard and always act with integrity. He demonstrates a strong work ethic and a staunch commitment to achieving goals. With Boffo since 2014, Jimmy applies those same principles to his role as a Director.
Mark Fricker
As Head of Auction Services, watching Mark in action on auction day is truly impressive. A respected member of the Boffo team since 2012, Mark is not only a highly awarded auctioneer but also a dedicated sales agent. His appointment as Director strengthens our foundation, bringing extensive industry knowledge and experience.
Sophie Kareta
As Chief Executive Officer, Sophie plays a pivotal role in keeping the Boffo team moving forward. A respected and highly regarded leader within our organization, she began her journey with the company in 2010 as a Corporate Receptionist and has advanced alongside company growth. Her extensive knowledge and balanced perspective make her an invaluable asset in her role as Director.
