As we roll into Christmas and the New Year, it’s time once again to reflect on the best Boffo moments of 2025.
Boffo Real Estate has continued to grow and achieve great things in 2025, our fifth year as a recognised industry leader in Adelaide real estate. We remain focused on a team-based approach to customer service excellence, fostering strong and active community relationships, and taking an innovative approach to doing real estate not just better, but the best.

The Boffo Partnership Program
During 2025 we implemented a new strategic partnership program at Boffo Real Estate, with a series of significant leadership appointments. Four exceptional team members became business partners, reflecting our commitment to cultivating a culture of growth, market leadership, teamwork and opportunity. These business leaders will focus on operational efficiencies and business growth in the coming years.
Boffo Quarterly and Annual Awards Events
Supporting local business is part of our ethos. In 2025 we held the Boffo Quarterly Awards at the Sussex Hotel, the Walker’s Arms and Cottage Kitchen, where we acknowledged and celebrated the individual and collective quarterly successes and achievements of our dedicated sales partners, property managers and administrative teams.
Our Annual Awards Night was held at EOS by SkyCity, where the ‘Winter Wonderland’ theme shone a bright light on our celebrations and fundraising endeavours. Staff, colleagues, families and honoured guests came together to raise $7,320 for our nominated charity, MND South Australia. MND SA deliver essential care, equipment, services and advocacy to people living with Motor Neurone Disease; also funding research towards a cure.

While we’re all about client service, we do love statistics for no other reason than they confirm that we are doing our job as a leading real estate agency with market leadership in the north, inner north, and north-east suburbs of Adelaide.
During 2025, Boffo Real Estate:
- Sold 590 homes – which means we had 590 happy vendors and 590 happy buyers!
- Conducted 288 property auctions.
- Sold property in Adelaide to the total value of $416,894,985. Wow!
- Met 10,033 wonderful new people – and we love meeting new people.
- Made 147,362 phone calls – maybe YOU were one of them?
