Agent Spotlight: Graeme Brown

This month we thought we would shine a spotlight on the recent successes of one of our best real estate agents in north east Adelaide, Graeme Brown.

The Boffo Real Estate team like nothing more than getting together and telling real estate success stories – especially those that end with ‘and they lived happily ever after.’

It is no surprise that Graeme is kicking goals and getting runs on the board all over the north east suburbs – he does have a pretty sporty background after all! And this likeable ex-PE teacher certainly doesn’t get put off his stride by competition from other real estate agents in his neck of the woods. To the contrary, Graeme loves winning those listings, setting new suburb records and selling the socks off every property.

Well-deserved recognition

Graeme’s touchdowns include being awarded REB's#18 Top Sales Agent SA/NT in 2023 and 2024, and being ranked in the Top 50 Residential Agents in SA by Realestate.com. Not a bad first half!

Of course a goal scorer is only as good as his team, and at Boffo teamwork is one of our specialties. This is why Boffo’s Team Brown, backed by an outstanding line-up of wingmen (or wingpersons) gets great results for all their clients.

Outstanding results

In recent months, Team Brown’s out-of-the-ballpark results included:

1. 4 Church Lane, Prospect sold for $1,260,000.

2. 18 Queen Street, Norwood sold for $2,160,000.

Graeme’s standout auction success during April was at 49 Burwood Avenue Nailsworth. Excitement was in the air - here’s how it went down:

1. Over FIFTY groups came through the open inspections.
2. TEN buyers registered to bid.
3. Bidders fought to the end with the hammer finally coming down on a highly competitive sale price of $1,392,000.

All-round nice guy and high achiever

Of course Graeme has been busy selling oodles of properties in Adelaide’s north east and inner northern suburbs so far this year and these are just a couple of the highlights – ones we can certainly say had a fairytale ending.

If you're wanting to know a thing or two about the market specifically in Nailsworth, Sefton Park and Prospect, Graeme gave us some wise words below:

"We are seeing a huge amount of buyer enquiry from families looking to buy in the Nailsworth and Prospect area with little stock available which is seeing the prices remain buoyant. If you are wanting to maximise the sale price of your home in 2023, this winter could be a great time before fixed interest rates move between 2% to 6.5% variables for many property owners and the competition of more properties coming to market in spring increases".
